ST. PETERSBURG, 20 March—From March 11 through 14, as part of the major annual MIPIM real estate exhibition in Cannes (France), the head of the St. Petersburg Pushkin District administration, Vyacheslav Korzhov, presented a major investment project: On the Hills of Tsarskoe Selo. In 2009, St. Petersburg’s Development Center Company is planning to begin construction of a new residential neighborhood called On the Hills of Tsarskoe Selo in 2009. This large scale residential development is to be constructed on 317 hectares in the Pushkin District.
In the Pushkin District of St. Petersburg, only two kilometers from the world famous Tsar's residence, Tsarskoe Selo, ZAO Development Center Company is soon going to implement its project, On the Hills of Tsarskoe Selo.
In 2009,ZAO Development Center will began the implementation of a large scale project called "On the Hills of Tsarskoe Selo",located within two kilometers from Tsarskoe Selo, a palatial and park architectural jewel.This development is going to be among St. Petersburg's ten major real estate development projects. Comprehensive development of an area encompassing 317 hectares is proposed. Construction work is slated to begin in the first quarter of 2009. According to experts, the main advantages of the project are its location in an environmentally pristine green district of St. Petersburg and its comfortable modern surroundings.
